Effective: 25 August 2026

1. Who we are

EONTURN LTD

Company number 17390792

Registered in England and Wales

Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom

Contact: general@eonturn.co.uk

EONTURN LTD ("Eonturn", "we", "us") operates Eonturn customer accounts, software licensing, billing integrations, software delivery, support services and optional cloud services.

2. Information we process

Depending on the service used, we may process business names, company numbers, business contact details, authorised-user names and email addresses, authentication records, organisation and store memberships, subscription and invoice references, device identifiers and labels, licence events, downloads, support correspondence, security logs and legal-document acceptance records.

FixFlow Local workshop records such as repair-customer details, jobs, repaired-device details, stock, sales and notes remain on customer-controlled equipment unless the customer deliberately sends information to support or enables a contracted cloud function. A normal licence check does not upload the FixFlow workshop database to Eonturn.

If a customer enables FixFlow Cloud, Eonturn may process the workshop data required to provide the enabled cloud functions under the applicable contract and Data Processing Agreement.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process information to provide and secure accounts and products, administer subscriptions and licences, manage authorised devices and stores, deliver software releases, provide support, maintain security and audit records, respond to enquiries, meet accounting and legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests. Depending on the activity, the legal basis may include contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent.

4. Suppliers and disclosures

We may use providers for hosting, payments, communications, security, backup and support. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators, courts or public authorities where lawfully required, or to a genuine successor in connection with a business reorganisation or sale. Eonturn does not sell personal information.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, Eonturn uses an appropriate transfer mechanism where required by UK data-protection law.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, support, security, accounting, contractual or legal purpose. Local FixFlow workshop-data retention is controlled by the customer.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, authenticated sessions, encryption in transit, protected credentials, audit logging and controlled administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

UK data-protection law may provide rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Requests can be sent to general@eonturn.co.uk. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
