Eonturn Business Terms of Service
Effective: 25 August 2026
1. Parties and business use
The supplier is EONTURN LTD. These terms apply to business and organisational customers. The person accepting an order or product terms confirms that they are authorised to bind the customer.

2. Orders, accounts and stores
The applicable order identifies the product, plan, billing interval, included services, device limit and price. Customers must keep account information accurate and protect credentials. A business may operate multiple stores under one organisation account where the product supports it. Access may be restricted by organisation, store and role.
3. FixFlow
FixFlow is one application. FixFlow Local is the local-first plan. FixFlow Cloud is an optional upgraded plan in the same application that enables contracted cloud functions. The standard FixFlow Local entitlement includes up to 10 active device seats shared across the organisation and its stores unless the order states otherwise. Customers may revoke old authorised devices through their account so the seat becomes available for another device.
4. Payment and subscriptions
Subscription charges are due according to the selected billing interval and payment provider. Failed or overdue payment may result in a past-due, restricted or cancelled entitlement. Ending a subscription does not transfer ownership of customer-controlled local data to Eonturn.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Downloadable software is licensed under the Software Licence and must not be used to bypass licensing, defeat security controls, attack services, interfere with other customers, distribute malicious material or carry out unlawful activity.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful authority to process their own customer data, appropriate user permissions, secure endpoints, backups, supported operating systems and safe use of repair, deployment, backup, restore and firmware functions.
7. Availability, updates and security
Eonturn may apply security, legal, reliability and compatibility updates where reasonably required. Online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, supplier outages, faults or events outside reasonable control.
8. Suspension and termination
Eonturn may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, material breach or non-payment. Where practicable, Eonturn will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any order-specific liability terms take precedence where they expressly differ from these terms.
10. Changes and governing law
Material changes to published product terms will be dated and, where appropriate, communicated to affected customers or require renewed acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
